1 lb Shrimp- Deveined and Peeled
2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs (preferably seasoned) 1/4 cup Cricket Power Powder In a bowl, mix bread crumbs and Cricket Power Powder. In seperate bowl, lightly coat shrimp with Olive Oil. Dip shrimp into bread crumb and Cricket Power Powder mixture until battered. Place shrimp into frying pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for around 5 minutes on both sides. Serve warm and ENJOY!
